New Holland Narrow Row Tractors Pack More Power in Orchards and Vineyards

New Holland's three new narrow row tractors put bigger power into the narrow rows of vineyards, orchards, and nut groves. The TD4040F (76 PTO hp) and T4060F (92 PTO hp) and the super-narrow T4060V (92 PTO hp) models combine outstanding power and maneuverability with the narrow width and low height needed to work under vineyard and tree canopies and in close quarters.

"And with the two new T4000 Series tractors, producers working in tight confines now have narrow, low profile tractors with even more power to efficiently run power-hungry implements and attachments like fan sprayers and flail mowers."

The new TD4040F delivers big value with features that include an open platform and foldable mid-rollbar, proven 195 cu. in. four-cylinder engine, 4WD front axleand choice of a 12x12 or 20x12 (creeper) SynchroShuttle mechanical transmission. The open operator platform is suspended on isolation mounts for low vibration and offers controls that are easy to identify and use.

The T4060F (92 PTO hp) and super-narrow T4060V (92 PTO hp) are the highest horsepower "narrow" specialty tractors provided by any manufacturer in the industry. They are available with or without a cab, and feature more transmission choices, including a 16x16 transmission with mechanical or power shuttle or the 32x16 Dual Command transmission with power shuttle and park lock. On cab units, two electro-hydraulic mid-mount valves with 10 couplers control to up to five functions providing flexibility in accommodating the needs of a wide range of mid-mount and front-mount implements often used on specialty tractors.

The T4060F is the only narrow tractor on the market to offer the end-of-row turning advantage of New Holland's exclusive SuperSteer FWD axle for the shortest FWD row-to-row turning available. Both T4060F and T4060V tractors feature enhanced traction and PTO clutches, as well as transmission gears, planetary gears, and PTO gears with increased capacity over other models in the T4000F and T4000V Series.

The factory-installed New Holland Blue Cab, standard on T4000V and T4000F Series tractors, offers climate-controlled performance and a cleaner breathing and working environment. A deluxe filtration package features anti-pollen filters for external and re-circulated cab air, and a high-capacity cab pressurization fan as standard equipment. High-performance anti-pollenfilters in the cab roof block particles down to 0.3 microns in size. The performance of these filters is up to five times better than standard paper filters. Filters are included in the internal recirculation vents as well, helping to remove foreign particles introduced when doors and windows are opened. The Blue Cab maintains higher cab pressurization and draws in 20% more outside air, leading to more frequent air changes, which means significantly improved air quality.
