The White Farm Equipment Company was formed in 1969. The company was formed from the White Motor Company which had acquiried Oliver and Cockshutt in 1960, and Minneapolis-Moline in 1963. White was acquired by AGCO in 1991. AGCO continued to produce tractors under the AGCO-White brand until 2001, when it was dropped.
