The H.A. Wetmore Company manufactured tractors in Iowa from 1919 until the 1930s. Mr. Wetmore was a automobile and tractor dealer, selling the Waterloo Boy line. Wetmore lost his dealership when Deere purchased the Waterloo factory, and began to manufacture his own tractor. A difficult market forced price cuts in the early 1920s and Wetmore ceased manufacturing in the 1930s.
