McConnell-Marc Farm tractors by power

Ward McConnell grew up farming and later owned his own tractor dealerships. He owned the Marshall Tractor company for a period in the mid-1980s, and acquired the rights to the big Massey Ferguson four-wheel drive tractors in 1988. McConnell built the Massey 5200 and variants under his own brand until the business was purchased by AGCO in in 1995. In 2000, the McConnell name appeared again, this time on rebranded Chinese tractors assembled in Prattsburg, New York.
