Interstate Plow Boy tractorThe Interstate Tractor Company was organized in Waterloo, Iowa in 1915. Intersate was formed from the reorganization of the Sandy McManus Engine Company. Their Plow Boy and Plow Man tractors were assembled using third party components. Interstate boasted a large domestic and international sales market by the end of World War I, but the company declined rapidly in 1919 and disappeared after 1920.
