Ford-New Holland Farm tractors by year
Ford-New Holland was the result of Ford purchase of New Holland in 1985. Soon, Versatile was also acquired. In 1991, Ford-New Holland was sold to FIAT. The sales terms with Ford required that the Ford name be dropped in 2000, but the New Holland name is still used by CNH Global.
