The Cockshutt Golden Arrow was a demonstation tractor to show the new draft-sensing three-point hitch. To show off this system Cockshutt put the hitch, rear end, and transmission of the new model 550 onto a model 35. The original intent was to recall all Golden Arrows and re-build them into model 550 tractors, but many of them were never returned to the factory. |
